Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Saiko Intelligence platform ("Platform") operated by Saiko Music Group Ltd. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Permitted Use

The Platform is designed for legitimate music industry campaign management, including:

• Discovering and analysing TikTok creators for music campaigns
• Managing creator outreach and campaign logistics
• Using AI tools for campaign strategy and planning
• Tracking campaign performance and creator analytics
• Exporting creator data for your own campaigns

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Scraping and Data Abuse

• Automated scraping — You must not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from the Platform beyond its intended API and export functionality.
• Excessive API usage — You must not circumvent rate limits or usage quotas, or use the Platform in a way designed to consume disproportionate resources.
• Data resale — You must not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform data (creator databases, analytics, AI outputs) to third parties outside your organisation.
• Bulk data harvesting — You must not use the Platform primarily as a data harvesting tool rather than for genuine campaign management.

2.2 Spam and Harassment

• Unsolicited bulk messaging — You must not use outreach tools to send unsolicited spam or mass messages unrelated to legitimate campaign opportunities.
• Harassment — You must not use the Platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate creators or other users.
• Deceptive practices — You must not impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, or use deceptive outreach tactics.
• FTC/ASA compliance — Outreach messages must comply with applicable advertising standards and disclosure requirements.

2.3 Illegal Content and Activities

• Illegal content — You must not use the Platform in connection with content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
• Copyright infringement — You must have appropriate rights or licences for any music, content, or intellectual property associated with your campaigns.
• Fraud — You must not use the Platform for fraudulent purposes, including payment fraud, identity theft, or misrepresentation to creators.
• Money laundering — You must not use the Platform's payment features for money laundering or terrorist financing.

2.4 Security Violations

• Unauthorised access — You must not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you, including other tenants' data.
• Reverse engineering — You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Platform.
• Vulnerability exploitation — You must not exploit security vulnerabilities. If you discover a vulnerability, please report it to hello@saikointelligence.com immediately.
• Credential sharing — You must not share your login credentials or allow others to use your account. Each user must have their own account.
• 2FA bypass — You must not attempt to bypass or disable security controls, including two-factor authentication.

2.5 AI Misuse

• Prompt injection — You must not attempt to manipulate the AI system through prompt injection, jailbreaking, or other techniques designed to override its guidelines.
• Harmful content generation — You must not use the AI tools to generate content that is discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.
• Confidentiality probing — You must not attempt to extract proprietary information about the Platform's AI system, prompts, tools, or architecture through conversation.

3. Fair Usage

While the Platform includes usage limits based on your subscription tier, we expect all users to use the service fairly and in the spirit of its intended purpose. We reserve the right to contact you if we observe unusual usage patterns, and to adjust limits if necessary.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to hello@saikointelligence.com. We will investigate reports promptly and take appropriate action.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take the following actions in response to AUP violations:

• Warning — For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning and request corrective action.
• Temporary suspension — For serious violations, we may temporarily suspend your account while we investigate.
• Permanent termination — For severe or repeated violations, we may permanently terminate your account.
• Legal action — We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for violations that cause us harm or involve illegal activity.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect.
