Sub-processors
This page lists the third-party service providers ("sub-processors") that Saiko Music Group Ltd engages to process data on behalf of our clients when providing the Saiko Intelligence platform.
In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, we will notify clients at least 30 days in advance before engaging a new sub-processor or making material changes to this list.

Data Safeguards for International Transfers
Several of our sub-processors are located in the United States. For each international transfer of personal data, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

Change Notifications
We maintain a log of changes to our sub-processor list. Clients subscribed to the Platform receive notifications of material changes.

Objections
If you object to a new or changed sub-processor, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving our change notification. We will work with you in good faith to find a reasonable solution. If no resolution is possible, you may terminate the affected services in accordance with our Terms of Service.
